Ashley Carrubba

Ashley (CMHC) holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC). She works with individuals and couples who feel stuck and are ready to create meaningful, lasting change. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we move beyond simply talking about problems and begin working with the deeper patterns that keep us feeling trapped.

Using a bottom-up, experiential approach, she integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples to help clients process experiences, strengthen emotional connections, and create new ways of relating to themselves and those they love.

For over a decade, Ashley has had the privilege of working alongside public safety professionals and first responders, giving her a deep appreciation for the unique demands, cumulative stress, and relational impact that come with serving others. She understands the culture of these professions and provides a respectful, practical, and supportive environment where clients can process difficult experiences while building resilience, strengthening relationships, and reconnecting with what matters most.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and walks with her dog Kramer.
