Linda Gould
Linda Gould is a seasoned trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). Linda’s purpose and passion are to help public safety professionals heal and lead healthier and more fulfilling lives. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Georgia, a Master of Arts in Education, and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Trauma and Crisis. She is a Grief Recovery Method Specialist, a BLAST© Practitioner, trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Individual and Group Crisis Intervention, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Recovery-Oriented Cognitive Therapy (CT-R), and Trauma Resiliency Protocol and Emotions Management Process. She has worked as a mental health professional for the past 10 years in a variety of settings, including private practice, an adolescent psychiatric hospital, and an adult psychiatric hospital. Linda is also a board member of Support1, a nonprofit organization that provides critical incident support and education to first responders. Outside of her professional life, Linda enjoys movies, all things horror, exploring nature, traveling to new places, and trying local cuisines.
